Ian Szabo has been a project manager and general contractor, he is a renovator and investor in residential real estate.
His work has been showcased on programs on HGTV and the W Network, including Take This House & Sell It; Designer Superstar Challenge; Rooms that Rock; My Parents' House; Real Reno's; and Home to Stay. His work has also been showcased in House & Home magazine.
Ian is a member of the Real Estate Investment Network, where he speaks on renovation, and is a keynote speaker at industry trade shows. He has been licenced to sell real estate for 10 years.
When he isn't hard at work Ian can be found spending quality time and traveling with his family.
